Critiquing My Spanish

What have you improved on since the first day?

On the first day of Spanish, I knew very little, but throughout this semester I have gotten to know basic sentences and words to where I could have a short convertation.  I have also gotten to be confident in what I am saying enough to actually talk to a Spanish speackers with out the fear of totally messing up.

What are areas that need improvment?

Many times I find it difficult to study after doing all of my other homework and sports so I end up needing to study more in one day making it difficult to memorize and rememeber so I would like to began breaking it up more and working to memorize and understnad it the day I get it.  Plus my pronunciation is horrendous.

What are your next steps to prepare for the final?

Over all we need to finalize our conversation and memorize what we want to say.  We have about four minutes and thirdy seconds of talking right now so once we have it memotized we need to make it sound more like a normal conversation.

What specific study skills have you used?

I have been trying to have conversations with friends and asking my friends that are native Spanish speakers about certain things.  I make sure to review what I have learned in class until I am comfortable with it and many times I use dulingo in my free time.

If you were to take the final right now, how would it go?

If my partner and I took the final right now our conversation would be really short.  We have the beginning 30 seconds to a minute down, but we would end up needing to revert back to the beginner conversations we learned earlier this year.

What do you want you final presentation to look like?

I want it to flow like a normal conversation, not choppy and scripted.
